DESCRIPTION

  • Four 2x2m squares in a 8x8m field
  • Red player in square A passes to blue player in square B and runs towards square B.
  • Blue player controls the ball within own square and passes diagnoally to yellow player in C. Blue player runs towards square D
  • Yellow player receives, controls and passes to blue player in square D. Yellow player runs towards square A
  • The blue player in square D passes the ball diagnoally to yellow player in square A.
  • Game continues

COACHING POINTS

  • Focus on ball receiving and passing on 3rd contact.

Progressions:

  • Pass on 2nd ball contact
  • receive and control with backhand
  • reduce distance or increase distance between squares
