Here Robert will work with the line stoppers (as we have the masks) and push and hit balls for them to practice from the top of the circle, Wouter will have 14(?) girls to do a mini match with shown in the diagram.
Two equaly teams, if you have an even number then have a sub, you stand in the middle and throw balls in where needed. If they score at one end they get a point and are not attacking the other end. I will change people during the exercise.
