Here the ladies will play a sort of Rondo where they will be standing in a square where the one in the middle has to touch the ball. The players on the outside have to pass the ball around for a minute. After a minute who ever is still in the middle has to do 5 push ups.
This is a really nice way to get the ladies passing and receiving under pressure. After a couple of times I will ask the ladies about what makes passing under pressure difficult and how we can best pass under pressure.
