Split the girls into 5 groups and make a competition with 5 stations. They have a go at each station for 3 minutes and we take scores from each team for each station.
1. Line up in pairs. Have to pass the ball through each gap to end of cones, and same on way back before next pair goes. Count how many pairs complete.
2. Dribble round cone course and finish with a shot on goal. Count number of goals (or shots on target if struggling!).
3. Dribble to each set of cones and practice 3D over them. Alternate between strong and reverse 3D but depends on level. Can finish with 3D into tub/bucket to get extra point or to signal next girl to go.
4. Dribbling round cone course, focusing on using speed and control of ball at end of stick.
5. (Sorry didn’t write down). Something like a transfer/slap passing across a quarter of the pitch. Count how many passes
Get the girls to go round all the stations and can have a results ceremony. Spending on time you can get them to go a 2nd time. Finish with 7 a side tournament.
