Here ton will work with Anouk EstherK Joycelyn and Anne on their technique with building. Using 4 at the back they will pass the ball around focusing on footwork and "T.O.D" (Time of distribution), which means how fast they can receive the ball and get it going somewhere else. There are two goals in the middle that Ton will say the ball has to go into one of them by pointing and they have to get the ball into that goal as quickly as possible using the other players.
