Each player has 12 balls. Player starts at 25 and runs to ball on dotted circle. Picks up ball and carries to top of circle. Must hit ball outside or on circle line at goal into goal cage. After hitting ball, "follow" shot to the 10 yd line. Return to 25 and repeat for all 12 balls.
Score: total goals scored and time.
Balls that are hit past the line of the circle do not count as a goal. Players who do not follow shot to 10 yd line will be punished one goal.
