Split group into 2 teams, offensive (with balls) and defensive (without balls). As soon as one offensive player starts running with the ball towards the cone, one defensive player is allowed to begin running towards their cone. The offense is trying to get the ball in the goal, while the defensive player is trying to stop them
If the offense scores in the goal it is one point, if the defense is able to come up with the ball and run over the opposite cone line to the goal it is 2 points
