Yellow wave 1- Runs to the top castle but doesnt run through the D
Blue wave 2- Runs towards the slip and slows down 3/4m from the top of the D
White RHS post- Takes 3 or so steps out of the box and stays inline with the post
Green LHS post- Takes 1 step out and holds the inside of the goal box
