•Don’t over commit on your tackles •Protect your feet in the circle, low body position
•Hold the centre of the field •Make the tackle outside the circle
•Create pockets in the midfield and outside so win can win the ball over. •Don’t allow turnovers in 25m Break down play, Force to win a turnover
