At the end of the full game the players do static stretches to help improve flexibility.

Static stretches:

  1. Posterior Shoulder Stretch
  2. Calf Stretch
  3. Gluteal Stretch
  4. Groin Stretch
  5. Hip Flexor Stretch
  6. Quadriceps Stretch
  7. Hamstring Stretch
