DESCRIPTION

  1. Lay out sticks on the ground about 1 metre apart - Players run in and out between sticks
  2. Six sticks laid in continuous straight line - Players jump with feet together over the sticks
  3. Five cones in zig- zag formation - Run around cones, touching cones with inside hand each time
  4. Ladders- Players tough pitch with one foot between spaces
  5. Hurdles- Players run at full speed and jump over hurdles

Once a player reaches end of no 5 run and start again at no 1. (Do This for 5 minutes and then move over to dynamic stretching)
