Exercise 1 - Drag Flick Basics (Sleeppush)
Here the children will practice the basics of the dragflick, they will start low and come close to the ground and step through the ball and push it against the back net. The running does not need to be practised yet.
(For those who are finding it hard to create lift they can use the drag-flicking tables)
Exercise 2 - Injecting (Aangaven)
Here the children will learn the principles of injecting towards the baseline, they will have lots of balls and keep injecting and focus on getting the ball straight.
