Isla and Henry - work as a pair. If you get the ball then push forward to assist the attack. The other player is to stay behind the attack to assist the remaining defender - You have the whole width of the pitch to cover so don't stay on one side if your opposite number goes forward.
Alex / Thomas and Ava - expect passes towards the corners of the pitch. If one of you gets the ball wide the other should push forward towards the D

When the other team have the ball, get back to defend and mark their players.
When we get the ball, push forward quickly to outnumber their defenders.
DO NOT JUST FOLLOW THE BALL! -You each have areas of the pitch that you are responsible for. Be aware of any opposition players creeping into your zone and make sure that you put pressure on them.
