The grid is 20yds by 25yds with 4 goals. the shooting line is 5yds out from the goals. Game is officiated like normal with a couple exceptions. There is NO HITTING, sweeping, or any type of backswing. If there is a foul or the ball goes out of bounds the defending team must give the attacking team 3yds instead of the normal 5yds. If there is a foul below the shooting line the attacking team will get a corner. all players except the gk and player taking the corner must stand on the opposing teams shooting line. the player taking the corner places the ball 5 yrds frol the shooting line with the other players. whistle blow attacking player tries to score while the other players are recovering. you can play this with either 3 field players and a gk or with 4 fieldplayers and no gk.
This game should be played at a quick tempo. off ball movement is key as well as attacking on angles. Defensively you need to organize pressure on the ball right away. try to keep the ball to one side so your gk can help. Transition is key.
