In the 5v5 exercise, the most important thing is that are passing with confidence and not passing without looking. In the exercise from Thijs really focus on as many balls as possible in a short period of time (15 mins), where the should be working on hitting hard with the good technique for forehand but also backhand. Here is a moment to help the girls that hit the ball "wrong" such as Noeska and Danielle.
