A player in the middle has to work. Run towards red player recieves a pass, push back and run towards the bleu player, recieves and push back. 30 sec and change player. 2nd time 1min each.
B Bleu runs with the ball, short push to red, red runs to yellow push, etc.
C Player in the middle has the ball, the outside players recieve the ball, push them back, drop their stick and runs after the cones. When running back to position do a head roll grab the stick and control the ball and push back. Middle player controls both sides.
