The ball starts at player 1. They dribble like 5 yards and then pass to player 2. Player 2 passes the ball back to player 1 and then continuous their movement to position a. This is where player 1 passes the ball to again. Player 2 dribbles and then passes to player 3. Player 3 passes the ball back to player 2 and then continuous their movement to position b where they will receive the ball again from player 2. Player 3 dribbles a little with the ball and then passes to player 4. Player 4 passes the ball back to player 3 and then continous their movement to position c. There player 4 receives the ball from player 3. Player 4 receives, dirbbles to the top of the circle and shoots on cage.
1. When I say go to position a, b, or c: this does not mean that player should wait here. This whole drill should be continuous with quick passes. If that means you have to jog a little further before receiving the ball, that's okay too!
2. Try to have feet in the direction you are going next when receiving: this speeds up your movement.
3. Eye contact and communication is key!
