This exercise is split into three different groups, attackers(red) defenders(blue) and forwards(red).
Defenders: Pass the ball from the sideline in the guard and they to the other side, after this they will pass someone in from the midfield who is running for the ball, after this they will transfer to the other side and get a ball from the other side for the other group, the transfer, then the next player will join the group at the back.
Midfield: Two players will run for the same ball, one on the sideline and the other on the inside, the defender will play the ball to the player on the sideline who will receive it strong and pass to the other player who in turn plays a ball on the green to the attacker.
Attackers: Here the players will receive the ball from the midfielder, both players will run for the ball but the wide player will receive it, the other player will run in the guard the whole time and receive the ball and score.
All players will rotate between themselves and this will be explained during the exercise also.
