Main activity: This activity is a 1vs1 drill which is illustrated for 10-15 minutes. their are two performer which are against each other and they must defend successfully by trying to not let the opposition pass them to score a point against them. The aim of the activity is to try and defend as many attacks that the opposition illustrate within the time set.
Cool down- It helps the reduction of injury due to reducing the performers body temperature and to further bring the breathing rate down back to resting heart rate. It further aids in the dissipation of waste products which includes lactic acid. As well as it reduces the potential for DOMS and the level of adrenaline in the blood.
A cool down can consist of streches which were illustarted within the warm up e.g. high knees, open and closed the gate.
