Here the red team will attack the goal in a 2v2 (the help side defender does not join the defence in this exercise). Firstly the ball will be passed to the side and then via the boards. The player in the corner will try and score themselves or pass through the gap between the defenders to the help side attacker. The idea of the exercise it to work well as a double in defence, but also the attacker having the confidence to face the goal without fear of losing the ball.
(The exercise will be done on both sides mirrored, the rotation will be with the clock for both groups changing after 6 balls)
