**This diagram is set up on one side only for clarity but should be run on BOTH sides of the field (mirror image)**
Place a green cone outside the baseline at the edge of the D, an orange cone on the PC point and a red cone on the inside PC point.
Drill:
The feeder uses the self pass and gives a square pass to attacker A on the 23.
The feeder should continue their run into the D and the defender in the middle zone should track them.
Attacker A passes to attacker B who receives on the run at the same time the outside defender needs to try and win the ball from attacker B.
Attacker B may choose to pass to the feeder making the lead into the D and not go all the way along the baseline.
Points are awarded to the attackers according to which cone they get passed and a bonus point if they win a PC and 2 bonus points if they score a goal.
Defenders win 3 points for a tackle outside the D, 2 for a tackle inside the D and 1 for an offensive foul (or 16 hit).
