Players dribble with ball from one end to the other. (Red). Asign defenders to prevent crossing the area, and win turnover. (Yellow). In winning turnover they try and cross the area and those dispoessed become defenders.
Progression: try and bribble through the central gates. 2 points per central gate. 1 Point for gates wide.

How do you win turnover? Time tackle, strong low position. Open stick is stronger.
How do you prevent players crossing the middle gate?
Arc approach to player to block off the central high scoring gates. Channel to sides. Face the player and protect route to middle of the area.
