Blue players pass to another free blue player and then sprint to a cone. Once they have touched a cone on one side they need to touch a cone on the other side after their next pass. Yellow players try to "mark" free players or intercept passes. No tackling. If a pass is intercepted the attacker needs to sprint to a corner cone and do 5 burpees.
Pre scanning, heads up & bottoms down, moving into space for an easy pass.
