GOAL: discovering ball -feet position to direct ball to left or right with reverse blade

TO THE RIGHT
* Player with ball dribbles to cone. When he is almost at cone, No 2 starts running to opposite cone. Player plays reverse blade= 3. Player picks up ball and dribbles to start cone= 4.
* next player can start moment player in front is almost at cone
TO THE LEFT
* change start positions, see picture
* player with ball dribbles around opposite cone= 1. Almost at cone No 2 starts running to his opposite cone= 2. Then player plays reverse blade to left= 3. Player picks up ball and dribbles to start point.
* next one starts if player in front is almost at cone
Reverse blade = reverse stick
If ball is in front right foot ball goes to right
If ball is behind right foot ball goes more left
Further:
frying pan grip.
Ball 1 stick length away from right feet. Right shoulder to target, knees bent, back straight as possible
Same as sweep hit: backswing stick on ground. Slide stick along surface to knock ball with edge of stick.
Follow through stick is low.
TIP: to hit ball in the middle the hands need to be 20/30 cm above surface
