* receive ball, bring to your left side + play with reverse blade
* Finish short distance with game: how many passes in 1 min.
* Then go to midline, same thing: practice then game 1 min how many passes.
* then distance further etc.

grip: frying pan grip. Thus 2 hands (close) together and flat side stick if facing up
Ball on left side, left feet 1 stick length away from ball. Front shoulder to target, knees bent, back
straight as possible
Same as sweep hit: backswing stick on ground. Slide stick along surface to knock ball with edge of stick.
Follow through stick is low.
TIP: to hit ball in the middle the hands need to be 20/30 cm above surface
