Here the players will play a 2v2, the ball will start by being played into either of the attackers (red) they will then receive the ball and attack the goal. The idea of the exercise is that the attacking team will come to the ball and receive the ball in motion. The defending players (Blue) will defend 100% and not stop at the circle.
The rotation is 1 2 3 in pairs, if they stay in their pairs it will be relatively easy for the rotation.
