Here the red player on the 23' line will lead towards the ball and receive it while changing direction either inside or outside. The blue player (defender) will try and intercept the ball but must stat in the "tunnel". The forward (yellow) will react to where the midfielder takes the ball. See photo for an example of outside and inside. This exercise will be done on both sides changing half way through.
