DESCRIPTION

  1. Attacker starts from 23m line
  2. Attacker tries to get ball through one of the 3 gates
  3. If Defender stops Attacker (dispossesses, clears ball back across 23m line) Defender is out of Jail and Attacker takes their place in Jail

COACHING POINTS

Attacker

  • Head up as as they approach
  • Feints/False Leads
  • Stick work/change target of defence

Defender

  • Footwork
  • Don't commit too early
  • Guide them to the outside
  • Watch the ball
