In sequence, the players will pass to the next person in the line. 1 will pass to 2 then run to the circle, 2 will passes to 3 then run to the circle. Once player 3 receives the ball it will begin. The defending group (red) are not allowed to outside the "stipple" line.
If the blue team score a new ball will star from the red side, the blue team have to run to defend and the first team (Red) will go to the cones.
If the defending team can get the ball they should try and score in the goal on the 23" line.
