Blue team (attackers) will have to score in the main goal and the red team (defenders) will have to score in the mini goal on the sideline if they win the ball.
Alco will be working with the defenders as a whole group (Lotte, Julienne, EstherK, Anouk, Eleanor) who will rotate one position each time so one is resting.
Robert will be working with the attackers who will rotate on both sides, making sure they are getting the ball onto the green and working as a unit.
