Ball starts with one of the outside defenders. They work some passes throughout D/M's to transition the ball to the opposite outside defender (key here is for them to be creative but realistic with their passes- so they need to be quick with their passes and repositioning). Once the ball reaches the other outside defender, they have to look up to their downfield attacker along the sideline. The attacker must cut around the cones to either side, and the defender has to hit or sweep the ball at speed with accuracy to the presenting attacker. Attack then plays out the ball and shoots on goal. Switch sides and do the same.
Defensive transition, accuracy, repositioning, outletting, hits/sweeps to clear the ball.
