Everyone gets 6 cones and line them vertically and the cones should be only a few inches apart
Players must carry the ball and pulling from one side of the cone to the other. (altnernating pulling left and right). Focus on long lengthed pulls
Once they go through they will go back through doing this 5 down and back times then taking a break.
Then the players will do this again but with short lengthed pulls. (this should look more like indian dribbling)

Next they will keep the ball on the opposite side of the cones than thier feet switching sides of the cones after every two cones.
