Goal:
* repeat frontal stop
* NEW reverse pass
Exercise
* the 2 turfs are now 1 turf
* rotation 1-2-3-1
* No 1 plays ball to 2, then goes to him and puts stick down to block him. He can't touch the ball.
* no 2 frontal stop + dribbling to goal A, pretending to score there. If ball is close to stick defender then reverse pass (call it "tricky dicky" pass) to 3.
* No 3 frontal stop+ dribble and score.
REVERSE PASS
* 2 hands apart
* V grip on other side stick
* push movement from shoulder
NB it's fun to call it the tricky dicky pass implying you are deceiving opponents
FRONTAL STOP
* 2 hands apart, double V grip
* Feet running position: Left foot in front, right feet behind, shoulder width
* Body behind the ball (with mistrap you can stop ball with your body)
* Stop ball in front of right foot,
* make a roof with your stick (push left hand away from you )
Metaphors: stand like a warrior // go to the loo and halfway stop
