You will first stickhandle through 10 pucks. Then, you will do power turn around 4 tires with or without the puck. If without the puck put the puck in either the starting pile or the shooting pile. (We are here to get better don't be afraid to fall dig in and work on those edges.) Next, 5 paddles will be lined up you should now jump over all of the paddles. Then you will get to the hockey suicides. 4 cones will be lines up vertical across the ice toward the goal line. Starting near the blue line skate the first cone stop and come back to where you started. Do that to all the cones. You should find yourself near the blue line. Here there will be a pile of pucks take one and shoot it into the goal. After shooting place that puck in either of the piles. This is the Chegan Drill. We need to get a video of each of us completing the drill.
