Goal:
* repeat trap ball from right + left
* NEW BH/ reverse trap
Exercise
* 4 pp at 1 side. Rotation 1-2-1
* 1 plays ball to 2.
* 2 receives ball from right with feet forward + dribbles to cone on side line. At cone he pulls back and plays ball to 1 again.
* After 2 plays ball back to 1, he quickly runs into the game turf where he needs (and can only) trap the ball on his reverse.
* if 1 gets ball back he needs to pass as fast as he can in the goal. That's how he scores.
At the end a small game:
Who got most points? Scoring a goal = 2 pnts no 1. If no 2 traps ball on his reverse before the goal= 3 pnts.
New: BH /reverse trap
- feet towards attacking goal
- look over shoulder for ball
- stick on ground
- let ball roll past you and trap in front
of you
receiving ball
* Feet towards attacking goal
* ball from left let it roll to your help side = past your right foot and trap there.
* to right: trap ball at back foot (right) and left hand away to trap in ankle
NB pull back is nothing more than pulling ball from front foot to back foot and then turn
