Goal:
1. improve 2V1 wide
2. repeat 2V1 length principle
Exercise
* make the 2 squares a bit larger, cones just in middle turf.
* 1 defender in each square. They only defend square and if they take ball then person who lost it, becomes defender.
* tell attackers they need to do a wide in first square and in 2nd a 2V1 length (don't tell them how)
* exercise starts by player playing ball to defender. Defender can choose to which player he wants to pass it back to. Then it starts.
* ball out of square = back to the start
The game: 1.5 m a defending couple who stays i square. how many balls get in the ball bag at the end?
