Goal: improve defending with 1 hand (left hand)
The game
* play on half tennis court
* 1 team scores by dribbling over line A, one by dribbling over line B
* defending ball can only be done with stick in 1 hand (tackle back or 1-handed block tackle FH and BH
* if ball is being defended with 2 hands then free hit other team.
1 handed defending (left hand):
a) tackle back
see training 1 till 5. important to make opponent nervous= stick already on ground if you are behind him but can touch his feet
b) 1-handed Block tackle
Grip important together with big lunge forward. No sweeping of stick
