Goal: teaching principle 2V1 length
Exercise:
* continous exercise thus 2V1 one side and back through other side. if goalie then you can let them score on goal afterwards.
* No 1 ball, no 2=defender at cone and No 3 = 2nd attacker at other cone
* No 1 plays to defender. Defenders plays ball back and then can start defending. No 3 can start running if defender plays ball back.
* defender can only defend the square. If he gets the ball then person who lost it becomes defender.
Variation:
* defender starts in front of No 1. Thus cone on other side.
The game
* 2 minutes: individually counting how many times you came through square
2V1 length principle
1. stretch as far as you can (to make sure opponent can’t come back if pass has been given).
2. always straight passes (in space, other player will run to ball)
3. player with ball needs to commit the opponent to play team mate free.
4. ball receiver receives OPEN (= feet towards goal to accelerate so defender can't catch him)
