Exercise
* rotation 1-2-3-4-1 etc.
* start at 2 points. The CC persons only needed at start and then become No 1 and No 3.
* all passes to No 1+3 are aimed towards cone A!!!
* No 1 + 3 receives ball from left on the run + tries to pass as fast as he can in the goal ahead.
* No 2 + 4 start running if No 1+3 have trapped the ball. They have to defend the goal by OPEN RECEIVING ON THE REVERSE (BH) SIDE. Then dribble through goal and pass to the left, aiming for cone A.
End game:
* 3 min time, who has got the most points?
* No 1+3 score in goal = 3 pnts
* No 2+4 open receiving on reverse = 3 pnts
* No 2+ 4 receive ball closed = passers gets 1 point.
Backhand / reverse trap ball from behind:
- feet towards attacking goal
- look over shoulder for ball
- stick on ground before ball is close to your stick.
- let ball roll past you and trap in front of you

* follow ball with your stick but ONLY trap ball when it's on dribbling position.
