In this drill, the participant will double foot jump the hurdles, slowly and carefully at first however after the first circuit a little bit quicker, closer to 80%. When the athlete gets to the balls they must take one and dribble them around the cones back to the start where the circuit will continue. On the second circuit the athlete will pick up the pace and then on the third will slow it back down but will jump from the right leg only. They will do this for 2 circuits and then do the same on the left leg.
