Goal excercise
1. warming up
2. teaching the tackle back (goal, grip+ when stick on ground)
- make couples.
- player A stands over line, raising 1 hand to clap other person's hand
- other player behind line, holding 1 hand up
- if front player claps hand of person behind the line, the sprint game starts.
- player A tries to get over line zone B without being tagged. you have to run straight lines!!!
- if tagged switch roles.
- play 3 games against each other. Who wins?
- then new opponent.
tackle back variation
- same start position, player A has 2 balls.
- player A plays one ball with reverse push to player behind line. He has to stop ball and then can go after player A and tries to tag ball with stick.
- player A after playing ball dribbles with other ball and try to get into zone B.
- half way swith player behind the line to other side to do BH tackle back.
tackle Back

How:
- stick in 1 hand (left hand)
- V left hand on side of stick
- Stick on the ground if you can touch opponents foot. It already will make him nervous
