Goal Exercise:
1. basic dribbling position (grip + arm and stick 1 straight line)
2. Indian dribble (grip)
* put horizontal line out
* Cone A= middle, each side 4 cones
* group into 4, each pp a ball.
* dribble through cones , round cone A, then dribble to cone on your left at end square and back to start.
* routines:
1. FH FH dribble + 1 handed FH dribble to end square cone + 2 handed dribble back to start.
2. Indian dribble + 1 handed BH dribble to end square cone + 2 handed dribble back to start.
3. Relay form: player 1 only ball.
Dribbling:
- hands apart, double V grip
- left elbow away from body
- stick arm 1 straight line
- ball far away from feet, stick 45 degree with ground = playing ground.
