- Air Dribble Game* Groups of three, stand in circle. All players air dribble, one person starts and runs around circle while air dribbling. When player gets back to starting position next player starts.
6:15 - Stick Skills
Each player gets a partner and 3 cones.
1= block tackle strong hand
2=block tackle reverse hand
3= strong to reverse
4 = jab
Each player works hard for 1 minute starting at Tip of triangle. Player runs to cone to the R , and completes whatever number is called. Player retreats to original cone then moves to L cone to complete number called.
