This is to test the Goal Keeper Hot Shot Zones and Hot Deflection Zones.
It also encourages the players to use open receives, High speed passes, and passing on the run.
The Blue player is the starting positions.
First shot is from the yellow cones. The Player must trap in front of the red cones and then back out past the defender (red hats) and fast pass to the Wing. They run around the hats on the base line.
Stage 2.
Player to either pass to player on top and then follow to post OR call top player in for deflection.
If the pass is to the top the player must jink around the defender (red hats) and pass to the player on the circle. The player is then to position themselve above the dot for a deflection pass.
Stage 3.
If the player receives the ball in a reverse trap they can immediately Tomahawk. If they Tomahawk the Post player is there for deflection
If the receive in front they maust shoot normally however they have a choice of a) Straight shot on goals b) Deflection to Top or c) Deflection setup to post.
