  • Spelers verdelen over rood en blauw.
  • Doordraaien: A, B, C, D

UITVOERING

  1. A en B spelen 3x over.
  2. B speelt 1-1 op A.
  3. C en D starten wanneer A en B klaar zijn.
  4. 1x omschakeling of spel over als verdediger de bal heeft afgepakt
