INSTRUCTIONS
This drill is to get players to practice their pushing and hitting. Start off by getting the players to get into pairs and then line up, one on each side of cones. Players start off around 5 meters apart, making sure that the passes are kept between the cones. Make it a competition so they feel like it is game pressure. Once the pair have done 20 push passes, they must sit down. They players then come back inline with the next line of markers, about 20 meters apart. Make sure the hits are between the two cones. One the pair have done 20 hits, they must sit down. COLLECT ALL THE GEAR.
