Here the players will play a simple 2v2 in the tunnels towards the goal. Once the ball is over the 23' the defenders stop and the attackers score against the keeper 2v2 as quickly as possible.
With the defenders one of them will pass to an attacker (red) and put 100% pressure on the ball carrier, the other person will mark in front of the player.
