Preparation:
Place 4 to 6 balls in a line approximately one meter apart
Exercise:
Keeper starts one and a half to two meters behind the first ball, runs up and clears it with either his right or left foot.
He moves back to line up with the second ball and moves in to clear it with the alternate foot.
He continues until the line has been cleared.
Upgrades:
Roll the ball into the keeper
Outcome:
The keeper must clear the ball under his eyes
He must not fall back
His foot must sweep through the ball equal distance from the ground; he is not trying to kick a rugby ball over the poles. The keeper’s foot must never lift higher than the ball.
His non kicking foot must be placed ahead of the ball and he must land with his kicking foot past the ball
