DESCRIPTION

sweat box drills 1v1 and 2v1 3 minute intervals could have 2 or 3 going at once

ball carrier not to turn their back on the defender

looking for early drags to create space

eliminate at speed

defender needs to get in the box quickly and look to channel the ball carrier away from the goal

get set and balanced quickly to force the attacker wide look to eliminate and score yourself.

you are attacking the opposite goal that you entered the box from.
