In groups of 3, firstly the spits (A) will pass the ball to either of the opbouwen players, they will in turn pass between themselves and try to pass to A via the balken or through the middle (B).
On both sides there will be two boards to simulate the two defending players in the press.
Once player A gets the ball they will score in the other goal. If the defending team (blue) get the ball it will be a 3v3 with the spits doing a tackle back.
